<p align="left">ProteX is a high-tech polymer sealant for your car, plane or boat that’s easy to apply and produces a deep, lustrous shine that outlasts the most popular waxes by months. It can also be applied to windscreens (and other windows) to repel rain.</p>
<p align="left">NOTHING STICKS BUT THE SHINE!®</p>
<p align="left"><strong>ProteX contains none of the free silicone oils found in some other products that are known to contaminate paint and cause problems when repainting.</strong></p>
<p align="left"><b>APPLICATION</b></p>
<p align="left">ProteX should be applied to a cool (less than 85° F) dry surface out of direct sunlight. If the surface is too hot, the coating will cure before it has properly bonded to the surface, and it won’t perform up to its potential. ProteX is wiped on, allowed to dry to a haze for approximately 20 minutes, wiped off, then allowed to cure for 12 hours.</p>
<p align="left">Curing is required to allow the monomers (polymer building blocks) that make up ProteX to attach to the surface being treated and to polymerize (crosslink) into a crystal-clear, impervious film. <i><b>It is very important to allow ProteX to cure for 12 hour</b></i><em><strong>s after the haze has been wiped off</strong></em>. If the coating is exposed to contamination such as oil, fuel, soot, water, cleaners, etc. before it has cured, the contaminants may interfere with the film, preventing the ProteX from achieving its maximum performance and durability.</p>
<p align="left"><b>ProteX PROTECTS AND BEAUTIFIES PAINTED METAL, GLASS, ACRYLIC, GEL COAT, FIBERGLASS, GLOSSY PLASTIC &amp; <b>POLISHED METAL </b>SURFACES</b></p>
<p align="left">ProteX is not meant to be used on porous surfaces, highly oxidized painted surfaces, or to fill fine scratches. It can be applied in multiple coats, allowing 8 hours curing time between coats for deeper color and greater depth of gloss. ProteX has a <strong>higher refractive index</strong> than waxes, so it produces richer, deeper looking colors and a lustrous long-lasting finish.</p>
<p align="left">ProteX can be used over existing wax; however, the duration of protection will be reduced as the softer underlying wax degrades comparatively quickly.<strong>There is no reason to wax over ProteX.</strong> As we’ve already said, ProteX leaves a shinier, longer-lasting finish than wax… and the wax can’t adhere well to ProteX!</p>
<p align="left">If a ProteX-treated surface needs repainting, normal paint preparation is all that’s required. Abrasive cleaners, polishes, rubbing compounds or chemical paint strippers will remove the ProteX film.</p>
<p><b>INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE</b></p>
<ol>
<li>Shake well and apply to a clean, dry surface that is cool to the touch. Do not apply in direct sunlight or in temperatures greater than 85° F.</li>
<li>After ProteX dries to a haze (about 20 minutes), simply wipe it off. Unlike waxes that require strenuous rubbing or buffing to remove, ProteX easily wipes on and off.</li>
<li>Allow to cure for 12 hours out of the elements.</li>
<li>For optimum protection, reapply every 4-6 months as needed.</li>

<p class="style15" align="left">The Handi-Spray application systems were designed to atomize <a href="http://www.corrosionx.com/corrosionx.html">CorrosionX</a> and <a href="http://www.corrosionx.com/corrosionx-aviation.html">CorrosionX Aviation</a> into an incredibly fine, smoke-like fog. This fine atomization converts low and medium viscosity liquid products into micro-droplets, which stay suspended in the air for an extended period of time. This degree of atomization is key for achieving the most cost-effective and thorough application corrosion preventative compounds and other liquid products into airframes and other irregularly shaped enclosures where direct application is not practical (e.g. around blind corners, unreachable areas, etc.).</p>
<p class="style15" align="left">For example: When properly fogged into an enclosed area like an airplane wing, the suspended CorrosionX Aviation vapor will entirely fill the void of an enclosed area and deposit a light coating of the product on every surface. This allows CorrosionX Aviation to go around blind corners, to treat the back sides of spars and to penetrate into lap seams and other areas that cannot be sprayed directly.</p>
<p class="style15" align="left">In contrast, although overspraying and saturating an airframe using a common pump-up will usually not cause any damage, it will cause CorrosionX to drip and weep for longer than it needs to (not to mention wasting money by using excess product). The Handi-Spray systems will spray CorrosionX Heavy Duty nicely, but they are not able to atomize Heavy Duty as it is too thick to &#8220;fog&#8221;.</p>
<p class="style15" align="left">Used extensively by the U.S. military as well as NATO forces, all CorrosionX products and Handi-Spray application equipment have been assigned National Stock Numbers (NSN) by the General Services Agency (GSA) and are available for procurement through the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).</p>

<p>&#8221; <a href="http://www.rejex.com/reelx.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><b>ReelX</b> </a>is slightly different from <b><a href="http://www.rejex.com/marine.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">CorrosionX</a></b>. It&#8217;s our regular formula with one additional ingredient, which is activated by triboenergy (the heat energy from friction). Essentially what happens is when the fish hits and all that force is transferred to the bearings, the additional ingredient activates and chemically alters the metal and metal oxide wear surfaces of your reel &#8212; actually making the metal itself &#8220;slicker&#8221;. The net result is this: the higher the friction applied to your reels, the lower the coefficient of friction drops inside your reels. Amazing stuff!!</p>
<p>I personally have adopted the maintenance regimen recommended by the US Longcasters Team in Hawaii. That is, I strip all the grease out using lighter fluid. I wipe down all interior and exterior surfaces with CorrosionX (it&#8217;s the best anti-corrosion product on the market and costs a lot less than ReelX). Then I put ONE DROP (only) of ReelX on each bearing. Testing has shown that at high rpm more than one drop per bearing can actually form a hydrodynamic wedge in front of the bearings (like a standing wave), which slows the spin rate.</p>
<p>In saltwater, at the end of each trip, I rinse reels thoroughly with fresh water, wipe interior and exterior with CX (as above), then put 1 drop per bearing before reassembly. &#8220;</p>
